I like Peru I picked Peru because it seemed like a very interesting place. I wanted to pick a place in South America because I thought it would have tropical forests, interesting animals, and I saw it had large mountains in it too. I also saw it was by the ocean instead of mashed between other countries. In all I just thought it would be a very interesting country to look into. Location Peru is in Western South America bordering the South Pacific Ocean. It is on the coast and is between Chile (171 km) and Ecuador (1,420 km). Its border countries are Bolivia (1,075 km), Brazil (2,995 km), and Columbia (1,88 km). Peru
